Shenhui Vision is a leading enterprise in the intelligent manufacturing sector of Lenovo Group and a national high-tech enterprise. It is committed to supporting China's manufacturing from mechanized automation to intelligent industrial upgrading with machine vision core technology. After three years of research and development efforts and two generations of product verification, Shenhui Vision has successfully launched a fully intelligent shoe production line. The intelligent line adopts a high-precision 3D industrial camera independently developed by Shenhui Vision and a 3D vision-guided robot working trajectory algorithm, which has successfully solved the problem that the shoe industry cannot uniformly automate production due to changes in shoe types. Under the premise of the same production capacity, a smart line can save 30 workers compared to the traditional manual line, thus reducing the pressure on shoe companies to invest in smart lines.
China is the world's largest shoe manufacturing base and the world's largest consumer market for footwear products. In 2019, China's footwear production will be about 13.5 billion pairs, accounting for about 56% of global production. However, with the continuous rise of many elements of China's shoe industry, especially human costs, and the increasingly complex and changeable international trade environment, the shoe industry has begun to transfer rapidly to Southeast Asia and other places. The international competition faced by China's shoe industry is intensifying, and the share of output in the world has been on a downward trend for several consecutive years.
The Shenhuishi intelligent shoe-making production line is equipped with 4 Shenhuishi 3D industrial cameras and 6 industrial robots to realize the intelligence and automation of 15 stations of forming shoes, mainly including: intelligent marking, automatic vulcanizing of upper, intelligent spraying of treatment agent on upper, intelligent glue dispensing, intelligent spraying of treatment agent on sole, intelligent glue dispensing, automatic bottom pressing and automatic last pulling, etc. The production line is equipped with a 3D intelligent visual trajectory generation workstation, which uses a deep-vision 3D camera to take high-precision 3D point cloud images of the vamp and sole, automatically generates the robot-guided trajectory, and eliminates manual measurement errors. The workstation can generate the trajectory offline for 30 seconds and online for 5 seconds. The production line innovatively treats the outsole and vamp in the same line, which not only reduces the complexity of the control system, but also reduces the overall investment in equipment. The design capacity of the whole line is 150 pairs of shoes per hour, can be produced 7X24 hours, produce 3600 pairs of shoes per day, and can freely configure and increase workstations according to the production rhythm requirements. The whole line only needs 10 workers, which reduces 30 workers compared with the traditional shoe production line and significantly reduces labor cost. The yield rate is 99%, which is significantly higher than the average yield rate of 85% in the traditional shoe production line.
